Hey everyone. I hope all the Mommas had a wonderful Mother's Day yesterday. We are waiting to celebrate until the end of the month during Nicaragua's Mother's Day celebration.
This weekend we traveled 3 hours to the city of Granada. We got to experience some touristy activities in the towns center. We took a carriage ride around part of the city and learned some history. We were able to see beautiful cathedrals and buildings. We then went to the beach at Lake Nicaragua. It was a pretty sight. Then we headed to Diriamba for the evening. We stayed the night there and went to church the next morning. We were able to meet a local pastor and get to know some of the people there as well.
Getting to know people is a big part of our ministry right now and building relationships for when we move next year to El Crucero.
Sunday, we are heading to San Juan de Limay to celebrate the church's 7th anniversary.
